Study On The Technical Requirements And Using Specification Of Learner-driven Vehicle Tire

Nowadays with the popularity of private cars in people’s daily lives, driver training has been developing rapidly. Due to special operating conditions of the learner-driven vehicle, more low-speed and more frequent turnings, the tire abrasion and volume are very huge and the failure rate is very high, becoming one of the high costs of driving training industry. It also has affected healthy and stable development of the driver training industry.Based on the above background, this dissertation is focused on learner-driven vehicle tire characteristics, as well as the structure and evaluation indexes of the tire, and studied technical requirements and using specification, as well as a contrast test research. Thus, three specific aspects study has been done in this dissertation:(1) This dissertation reviewed relative documents to summarize the basic knowledge of all the parts of the automobile tire structure, and analyzed the tire abrasion mechanisms, carding the basic parameters of the tire and determining the evaluation indexes of tire properties. On this basis, field research had been conducted in two driver training schools, through questionnaires and other forms of counseling. Then, this dissertation studied the driving conditions and movement characteristics of learner-driven vehicle according to the training programs.(2) On the basis of the theory of tire abrasion and performance parameters, combined with the driving conditions and the using features, this dissertation studied and proposed technical requirements including basis, security and usability, and using specification including basis, usability and maintenance.(3) This dissertation contacted the relevant manufacturers to produce a batch of tires that conformed to the technical requirements above, installing them in the learner-driven vehicle to compare with the original tires to verify the rationality and scientific nature of the technology conditions and highlight the superiority of them.Through the study, this dissertation proposed technical requirements and using specification of learner-driven vehicle tires. It provided support for the standardization of the learner-driven vehicle tire, offering scientific and reliable choices for driver training schools. It also has important significance to the healthy development of the driver training industry.
