Due to the environment pollution and energy problem of the world has become two bigproblems faced by the fuel automobile development, many Driving Schools start to modificationor purchase Electric Learner-driven Vehicle to save training costs. Through the fieldinvestigation of Driving Schools,We found that although the existing Electric Learner-drivenVehicle can meet the requirements of driving training on the power performance,it still has a bigdifference with the fuel cars on handling characteristics, especially the handling characteristics ofclutch during the start process. In the start process, the Electric Learner-driven Vehicle won’t beshake and even stop like the fuel cars due to the torque automatically adjusting characteristics ofDC motor. To solve such a problem, this article will finish the following work:(1) According to the dynamic property requirements of an Electric Learner-driven Vehicle,we choose the type of the drive motor and the power battery and matching their parameters, andthen make a Dynamic match to the Electric Learner-driven Vehicle, which could provide thenecessary data to the following Modeling and Simulation during the start progress.(2) Analyzing the differences between an Electric Learner-driven Vehicle and a fuel car andperformance requirements of an Electric Learner-driven Vehicle on a start process, and then setup a drive motor model and a clutch combination process model, which could provide the basisfor the next model building and simulation on a Start Progress.(3) Using the fuzzy control theory to build a model about high electromagnetic torque limit, electromagnetic torque decline and the motor stop control under the a sudden increase of loadtorque, and then take a simulation with the MATLAB software, and analyze the simulation results.
