In this paper, combined with the rainy area of Hainan Province, high temperature or rain after the typhoon repeatedly broke out on the characteristics of large-scale, small pit area a maintenance equipment based on the early strength of cement emulsified asphalt concrete and new repair process to fast repair of small pits maintenance equipment, so as to realize asphalt pavement rapid repair.High speed road in the high temperature and rainy regions of Hainan as the object, for pavement pothole causes and repair methods, proposed to the early strength of cement emulsified asphalt concrete pothole repair materials and new materials "three layer repairing method and use of pavement radar identified pothole disease damage repair scope and depth of the new repair process, according to the new materials and new technology put forward functional requirements of maintenance equipment, to the maintenance of the equipment were structure design based on the with cutting, crushing, mixing, compaction and various multifunctional maintenance equipment. Based on the design of this structure were studied, and the no-load and full load under the condition of shaft load distribution, operating stability, operational stability verification analysis. The results show that the performance indicators have reached the design requirements.Integrated device of the second subframe using ANSYS Workbench software on the second sub frame of structure finite element analysis of full load and no-load lifting state. The results show that the second sub frame strength and stiffness under full load and no-load lifting state are in the safe range.In around the island of Hainan East Expressway Asphalt Pavement Section, using self-made maintenance equipment were tested. The experimental results show that the self-made maintenance equipment meet the design requirements, based on the early strength cement emulsified asphalt concrete and new technology and supporting the rapid curing equipment provides an effective method for solving high temperature and rainy region of Hainan pavement rapid repair. |
