| Rated pressure of 70 MPa solenoid directional valve is the important part of the superpressure hydraulic systems in hydraulic equipment, hydraulic molding, metal extrusion, rock experiment, powder metallurgy, jet processing, mineral oil chemical and some advanced scientific and technological research experiments with high pressure and large output force. With meeting national standards size, It is of great engineering significance that strength analysis about valve and making of reasonable structure and size for developing the rated pressure of 70 MPa solenoid valve.According to the performance indicators, application related knowledge of fluid mechanics, material mechanics, mechanical design, hydraulic transmission and hydraulic valve design theory, to design and calculate main structural parameters of the solenoid valve, using the finite element simulation software ANSYS to calculate stress of the valve, compared the performance test with performance indicators and theoretical calculations.This paper completed the following research works:(1) Design the superpressure solenoid directional control valve with rated pressure 70 MPa, application related knowledge of fluid mechanics, material mechanics, mechanical design, hydraulic transmission and hydraulic valve design theory, to design main structural parameters of the valve, select the appropriate materials of the valve body and spool, calculate the force of the valve spool.(2) Build the three-dimensional model of the valve body by using Pro/E software and the two-dimensional axisymmetric structure model of the valve spool by using ANSYS software, select unit, grid divide, determine the proper number of the grid,exert the constraint and load and solve by using ANSYS software.(3) The strength analysis of the valve body and spool are calculated and study the influence of valve spool diameter, valve stem diameter, heavy cutting groove diameter and the valve spool transition filler influence on the maximum stress value to the valve body and spool.(4) According to the regulations of national standards, build electromagnetic directional valve differential pressure-flow characteristic test hydraulic system,electromagnetic directional valve commutation performance characteristic test hydraulic system and electromagnet steady performance test-bed, to test differential pressure-flow characteristic, commutation performance characteristic and electromagnet differential pressure-force characteristic, get the corresponding performance curve and data, compared and analysed with the results of the performance indicators and the theoretical calculation, to verify the applicability of the design. |
