As China’s reform and opening up, especially in the booming manufacturing sector in recent years, hydraulic transmission technology and expanding the scope of application areas, hydraulic systems and control components continue to emerge. Solenoid valve control device as the main force, its commutation time, life, reliability and so will the state will run a hydraulic system or even the whole piece of equipment plays a vital role. So solenoid valve manufacturer must ensure the quality of each hydraulic valve factory after the workers can only be arranged before the hydraulic valve by one for each test, the production process is complex, low productivity, and performance indicators for each solenoid valve smart rely on people to judge, product quality is uneven. Therefore, it is necessary to design a set of automatic control as a whole, high-efficiency, high-precision solenoid valve factory test station to the factory for each valve performance tests to ensure product quality, guarantee product consistency, and auto-complete factory reports. This design thesis research by the following aspects:1) Fully understand the current situation and development trend of domestic and solenoid valve factory test stand, combined with the actual situation of the existing factory test stand, by recognizing the product characteristics, the overall design of the enterprise factory standards, planning test rig.2) Hydraulic test system test rig in program design, including hydraulic test unit, hydraulic systems, and the principle of pneumatic card baffle tight unit, wherein the selection of the supporting components of the hydraulic system used, and calculate the hydraulic test rig technical parameters.3) Upon completion of the hydraulic system on the test bench, test software and hardware design, PLC control system, and ultimately complete the software design and control system of industrial PC.
