Research Of Post-occupancy Evaluation(poe) And Construction Strategies Of The Interestingness Of The Residential Children’s Playing Space Landscape

With the urbanization process in China, the related theory and practice on urban planning and environmental art have got great progress as well. However, in the urban planning practice, planners tend to ignore the children’s special multi-level needs in their activities, resulting in rights children’s activity space being deprived of. Children are in a disadvantaged position in the urban public space allocation competition. It is being studied that the existing theoretical system of outdoor playgrounds for children is more for qualitative research, but the qualitative analysis combined with quantitative research for children’s playgrounds is relatively deficient.Based on large number of basic survey data analysis and interviews of users, the thesis is to start from residential outdoor playgrounds for children, making the study on the aspect of space interestingness which is attractive to children’s attention. In comprehending the interesting factors of residential children’s outdoor playgrounds, a scientific POE evaluation system is introduced to set up the quantitative model. The thesis has selected survey evaluation for children’s playgrounds evaluation calculation, and then the research conclusion can be found, so as to put forward realistic guidance for the reconstruction and new construction of interestingness in design of residential children’s playgrounds.There are two aspects of the results in the thesis:Firstly, the interestingness evaluation system for the residential outdoor children’s playground is built. From games facilities, plant configuration to supporting facilities, there are three aspects and several evaluation index to construct the evaluation index.Secondly, the construction strategies are put forward for residential outdoor children’s playground interestingness. Analytic hierarchy process is used to evaluate the three typical residential communities in Shanghai after use. Through evaluation analysis, this thesis discusses the present issues of residential outdoor children’s playground in interestingness planning and design, and suggests the corresponding construction countermeasures for it.In conclusion, the thesis is at the very beginning of the interestingness study of the neighborhood children outdoor playground, expecting the work can be the reference and basis for later related research, to play some effect on improving the design of the residential outdoor children’s playground.
