The Chinese self-owned brand’s quality level faces severe challenges, especially on vehicle matching building capability. So, vehicle quality assurance holds the important position in the vehicle developing and manufacturing process, where measuring and matching plays a vital role. This article deals with measuring and matching quality technique. The key is to set up complete evaluation system and optimization method of vehicle matching. The research centers on the following two aspects:1) Vehicle matching quality evaluation method based on measuring principle. Based on customer quality requirement, research and combing with the vehicle quality standards, surface area criterion, Audit, interior and exterior MB, founctional dimension passrate and dimension process capability to establish vehicle matching quality assurance system. Through the research of measuring and matching technique application in vehicle manufacturing process, put forward evaluation method based on the measuring principle, which insures the accuracy of vehicle matching.2) Quality assurance method based on vehicle dimension model. Vehicle matching quality is finally decided by vehicle assembly design, tolerance design and actual manufacturing abiliy. Due to vehicle original design has less consideration of quality, the vehicle matching can not satisfie the fastidious customers. Therefore, this article put forward an assembly dimension analysis and quality improvement method based on vehicle matching dimension model, provides an effective way of vehicle matching quality improvement.Based on theratical knowledge and practical research, this article carries out beneficial exploration and example analysis to quality assurance method based on the measuring and matching technique, this helps to complete vehicle matching quality assurance system and provides new idea to quality development for new vehicle project.
