Study On Speed Synchronization Of The Locomotive Rolling Test Stand

The locomotive rolling test rig is a kind large efficient and stationary testing stand for a locomotive to test the traction permance, braking performance and bogie running, and that has a low cost, a short test time, safety and other characteristics of the test. It is an efficient platform for new technology development, the locomotive’s performance verification and the fault diagnosis; its unique advantage is to change the simulated gauge quickly. Therefore it is the most important one in the equipment test verification system of CSR Qishuyan Co. Ltd. Combining the working practice and the key technical problems of this test bench, the speed synchronization, to do the following work:On the paper, the locomotive machine testing methods were reviewed, the principle of the test are analyzed, the evolution from the development of the test bench, describes the origin of test bench speed synchronization problem, summarizes the development change speed synchronization technology for over 50 years;From the following three aspects affect, the accompanied test wheel speed synchronous deviation effect of traction motor current distribution of locomotive, locomotive critical speed impact test results, speed synchronous dynamic error effect of the converter’s adhesion control, the paper discribes the concrete specific requirements of the test bench’s synchronous speed.On the paper, the three speed synchronous way, the electric synchronous gear shaft system, belt and a bevel gear, is compared, the related key parameters is analyzed, then,recommend the speed synchronization mode.Then, on the basis of the electric drive system in bevel gear mechanical constraints, the different characteristics of the motor are discribed in the paper, control requirements and other issues.The paper provides a test-bed for DC drive locomotive and AC drive locomotive part of the actual measurement data analysis, show that the synchronization method of the thesis selected and synchronization parameters can meet the test requirements.
