| Cement concrete pavement is the most common form in our country, many of themare damaged serious, and have reached the design life limit.So we should take disastertreatment on the old cement concrete pavement. At present direct Asphalt Overlay is themost commonly used on the old cement pavement pavement reconstruction method, itmight cause reflective crack of asphalt layer because of relative displacement under load,temperature, etc combined actions in the raw cement seam.Resonance crushingtechnology is one of the most effective way to solve the problem of reflection crack, itpaves asphalt layer after destroying the cement concrete slab.Resonance crushing technology is widely used abroad in engineering, but in ourcountry, application and research on this technology is in its infancy. This article studysthe technology from three aspects, broken layer’s structure performance, the mechanicalresponse of asphalt layer after broken, and the thickness of asphalt layer design method.First of all, studies developed on the structure properties of the broken layer, thestrength formation mechanism and the factors affected the strength according to theexperimental analysis of the test section. Through deflection testing of the test section,deflection of broken layers increased significantly, is about twice before broken, butvariation coefficient of deflection is decreased obviously.Resonance crushingtechnology can effectively eliminate the differences between different plate, make moreaverage pavement performance.Secondly, in this paper, finite element model is established, which is for asphaltoverlay structure contained broken layer, the result of operation analysis tells us whenmodulus of broken layer is small, the deflection and stress of asphalt layer bottom islarge, the change of water stable layer influences more to soil layer top compressivestrain and semi-rigid base layer bottom stress influence.Finally, the AI design method and the AASHTO are analyzed in this article,problems about the two methods had pointed out. Through the analysis of asphaltoverlay layers’ diseases, flexure, tensile stress of asphalt layer bottom and soil layer topcompressive strain were design index of asphalt pavement. Typical structure of brokenpavement overlay was discussed in this paper; recommended value of overlay thicknesswas put forward too. |
