Flow is one of the most important parameters that be measured and controlled. Coriolis Mass Flowmeter(CMF) with its ability to directly measure the mass flow rate of the fluid, stability and high precision, has been widely used in many fields such as chemical, oil, heat, etc. The CMF has become one of the most topics in the study of traffic detection. There is still a wide gap about the CMF study, compared with foreign countries. In order to promote the localization of the CMF, the study on the mass flowmeter transmitter is meanningful.In the CMF transmitter, the FPGA(EP3C40Q240C8N) and analog ciruit realizes the CMF drive system and the flow measurement; STM32F407 that based on theCortex-ARM achieves human-computer interaction, and flow output include 4-20mA current pulse and RS-485 Bus which based on the Modbus communication protocol. This software takes Visual Studio 2013 as development tool because of its convenient software development environment.The experimental results on CMF transmitter show that it can work stably. The measurement accuracy is better than 1/1000, when the range ratio is 18:1.
