Coriolis mass flowmeter is the most widely used direct mass flowmeter due to its unique measuring principle,high precision and simple structure.But now the Coriolis mass flowmeter is only applied to measure single-phase flow and two-phase flow with low gas liquid fractions.The aim of the research is to optimize the Coriolis mass flowmeter in single-phase,and analyze its characteristics of multiphase flow measurement.Around the single straight tube Coriolis flowmeter model,the following work has been carried out.Firstly,an overview of Coriolis mass flowmeter was given,including the background and development of Coriolis mass flowmeter and gas-liquid two-phase flow measurement at home and abroad.In addition,the detailed description of the principle and the developing process of Coriolis mass flowmeter was introduced.Secondly,a common model of Coriolis flowmeter was established and the parameters including model coefficients,damping ratio and resonance frequency in the experimental system were got through the tests and theoretical analysis.Thirdly,the intact working process of Coriolis flowmeter was simulated in MATLAB.The method was analyzed and simulated,which included the vibration tube start up,frequency tracking,amplitude control and some details of technique.The three stage startup method which improved the startup speed was got based on the optimization of the traditional four stage startup method.Finally,a phase difference detection method was improved,and applied to the actual data processing.The advantages and disadvantages between the classical phase difference calculation methods and the new method were compared and analyzed.The single-phase flow and multi-phase flow measurement data was processed with the improved method.
