Coriolis mass flowmeter (CMF) is widely used in all kinds of conventional and nonconventional fluid (serous fluid, liquefied gas and compressed natural gas) measurement,Has a broad application prospect in the field of petroleum, natural gas, shale gas and otherenergy metering. Domestic CMF started late, subject to various factors has been nobreakthrough, the degree of localization of worrying, compared with foreign productsobvious gap.CMF is a fluid particle in linear motion and based on, in a rotating reference frame,the two movement is skillfully combined with a vibrating tube type flow measuringinstrument. Which is composed of sensor and converter is composed of two parts, whereinthe sensor mainly comprises a measuring tube, two vibration pickup and a vibration exciter;The converter is mainly composed of a signal chain, drive, the main processor andhuman-computer interaction etc… In the measurement process, the driving circuits of thesensor vibration exciter and a converter in the form of a closed-loop self-excited oscillationsystem, force sensor for measuring tube in the resonant point one order damped forcedvibration. When the measuring tube without fluid flow, two vibration sensor arerespectively installed at both ends of the flow tube import and export (speed sensor) phaseof the output signal of the same; And the measuring tube with fluid flow, Two vibrationpickup (speed sensor) deviation of the phase of the output signal, This phase deviationvalue is proportional to the fluid mass flow.Converter formally using two vibration pickup(speed sensor output signal phase deviation) to measure the mass flow of measuredmedium.The thesis is divided into the following sections: Firstly, analyses the present situationof the domestic products of the surgery of Coriolis mass flowmeter; Secondly, the analysisof the working principle of Coriolis mass flowmeter; Then, the specific developmentactivities were launched sensor and converter; Finally, to test the effect of projectdevelopment through the whole performance of the experimental prototype.The processing technology, the CMF sensor and converter hardware and software,verification and compensation technology and other related issues involved in the industryhas done a lot of research and verification, The design of the product has the actualapplication value.
