With the rapid development of economy and urbanization, China’s vehicle population increases every year, resulting in traffic jams, frequent traffic accidents, difficult parking and a series of energy pollution problems. Intelligent transportation systems can effectively solve these problems and transport services have become a hot research. Our intelligent transportation system includes traffic guidance systems, parking management systems, data acquisition systems and video surveillance systems. It provides complete information through collaborative system to optimize pedestrian travel arrangements, so as to realize the overall healthy development of the city.The main work of this paper is devided into four aspects:First, This paper summarized the architecture and key technologies of intelligent transportation, and focuses on Intelligent route guidance systems and parking management system. Then, designed a set of intelligent parking management system based on the thorough analysis and research on the development of intelligent parking management system. According to the demand, devided this system into several function models: center management module, query and booking module and parking lot navigation.Secondly, studied the data storage structure of road network model and compare their efficiency. It summarized the classification of ideas and realization method of route guidance system in the shortest path algorithm, to select the most typical shortest labeling path Dijkstra algorithm and TwoQueue algorithm to study and simulate road network simulation.Thirdly, used AHP analysis model to establish the optimal path according to actual traffic traveling path selection needs, like shortest travel time, comfort and safety of the driver’s subjective judgment. Calculate the comprehensive weight of the road by qualitative and quantitative analysis of the indicators. Then established a weighted graph using Dijkstra algorithm to obtain the optimal path of any two points in the graph. Simulation results show that the improved algorithm path can not only meet the shortest distance or any other single indicator, but also the result of multiple influences decision-making factors.Finally, developed parking inquiries and reservation system based on Android technology, completed the design and implementation of the system functional modules, including car park queries, inquiries and reservation of parking spaces and parking navigation.By using the smart mobile terminals, the owner can query the current location or the location information of a parking lot near the desitination, and parking can be booked at right according to the owner’s needs.After that, the system also provides parking route for the owners who are not familiar with the driving path.
