In all existing microwave equipments, industrial microwave heating equipment has occupied a large proportion. Due to that microwave heating equipment has a wide application and various control mode, there is a very variety of equipment products. Aiming at the design status of microwave heating equipment and the application situation in all kinds of fields, statistics and finishing about the equipment’s design schemes and usage process are carried on. Based on the statistical results, the various industrial microwave heating equipments are analyzed, optimized and classified by modular form according to the different parts’ function. This has an important implication for the design and application of industrial microwave heating equipment in the future. This research subject is established on my own in terms of many years of work experience about control programming and circuit design and equipment producing.Using the application system’s design of a general tunnel microwave heating equipment as an example, this paper gives a universal control system, which includes many aspects, such as Microwave power calculation, circuit design, components selection, operation process design, control program and data processing during running and etc.Tunnel and furnace microwave heating equipments, the two main categories in industry applications are introduced in this paper. Aiming at microwave heating equipment for box lunch, the electric schematic diagram are introduced separately and then lots of electric diagrams are induced, reorganized and optimized, to establish a library of function circuit design including the main and auxiliary electric diagrams of microwave heating equipments.According to the control system of some common microwave heating equipments for box lunch, the common controller PLC are chose as the core components of control system to ensure a reliable and safe operation. According to the performance requirements of the universal Tunnel microwave heating equipments, Universal control procedure and operation process of equipments are designed to ensure equipments’ universality and long-term running.According to data save and subsequent data process during equipment’s operation, MCGS touch panel is chose as the user interface, many functions which include data save, report output, U disk export and print of some data, such as incoming current, heating temperature, microwave power, drive speed, vacuum degree and materials’ weight etc. are designed. This provides a reliable basis for exploring equipment’s manufacturing technique and has reduced labor costs effectively.Assembly of control program and library of circuit design are established by existing Kingview software. The functions designed by Kingview software include “call”, “find” and “simulate” etc. These provide a great help for reform and upgrade of microwave heating equipments, or designing new-type microwave equipments, that can save time from designing to manufacturing greatly.
