This article is the main research content of the project "Development of Control System of Mine Explosion-proof Microwave Heating Equipment for Food" commissioned by Shanxi Kuangwei Food Technology Co.,Ltd.It aims to solve the problems of difficult underground food distribution in coal mines,low quality of meals for miners,and poor performance of explosion-proof steam heating equipment.It is well known that the working environment in underground coal mines is difficult,the labor intensity is high,and the working hours are long.It usually takes more than 8 hours for the miners to enter the shaft to raise the shaft.Therefore,the miners need to eat underground in order to maintain sufficient physical strength for production.Due to the lack of high-performance mining food heating equipment underground,most coal mining companies still use workers to deliver food to miners.The excessively long delivery time not only increases the labor cost of the company,but also reduces the quality of food.This severely restricts the production efficiency of coal mining enterprises.Therefore,the development of an efficient and convenient mine heating equipment for food has important research significance and practical value.In view of the above problems,by comprehensively comparing the heating principles,technical characteristics and applicable fields of electromagnetic induction heating technology,infrared heating technology and microwave heating technology,based on microwave heating technology,this article takes the control system of mining food microwave heating equipment as the research goal,and adopts a combination of simulation and experiment research methods to carry out the overall design of the control system,control methods,protection methods,software and hardware circuit design,etc.The specific research content is as follows:According to the basic structure of general microwave heating equipment,the working principle of important components such as magnetron,microwave resonant cavity,waveguide,power supply,control circuit,and heat dissipation system has been studied theoretically,combining the actual needs of coal mining enterprises,and in accordance with relevant industry standards and domestic and foreign safety standards,an overall plan for the control system of mining food microwave heating equipment has been established.The system selects STM32F103RCT6 single-chip microcomputer as the central controller,and designs the control unit,monitoring unit,magnetron water-cooling unit,infrared remote control,infrared temperature measurement,input and output and other functional module circuits of the mining food microwave heating equipment,for the development of mine explosion-proof microwave heating equipment for food and improving the safety and reliability of the equipment provide technical support.The structural design of microwave resonant cavity and water-cooling plate is the main factor that affects the performance of microwave heating equipment for mining food.An excellent microwave heating platform should have the characteristics of high microwave energy efficiency,good food heating uniformity,good magnetron heat dissipation,and no hot spot accumulation,and these characteristics are related to the structural design of the microwave resonant cavity and the water-cooling plate.According to the microwave resonant cavity design standard and the heat transfer principle of the water-cooled plate,the microwave resonant cavity and the water-cooled plate were modeled and simulated based on the multiphysics simulation software COMSOL.The performance of the equipment structure and cooling system was verified through simulation,and the technical indicators of the product were formulated to provide theoretical guidance for subsequent product development.The design of the hardware circuit of the main controller of the system is an important link to realize the functional control,information monitoring,fault warning and safety protection of the microwave heating equipment for mining food.According to the system function requirements,circuits that can realize various control functions and protection functions are designed,including the minimum system module of single-chip microcomputer,power module,communication module,key module,infrared remote control module,infrared temperature measurement module and other circuits,in order to achieve the control requirements of various functions in the overall design of the system.Combined with the functional requirements of the main controller hardware circuit and system design scheme,based on the standard C language and MDK5 software development environment,the main control program of the control system,the monitoring and monitoring subprogram of the water-cooling unit,the heating mode selection subprogram,the field sensor signal acquisition subprogram,and the PID temperature control subprogram are respectively designed by the modular programming method.And using Lab VIEW software platform to develop a mine food microwave heating monitoring platform,which improves the reliability and intelligence of the system.Finally,the control system of microwave heating equipment for mining food was made in the laboratory,and various functional indexes and technical indexes of the system were comprehensively tested with reference to system design indexes and relevant national standards.The test results show that the system is reliable and safe,and various functional and technical indicators meet the requirements of the overall design plan,effectively solving the problem of the lack of safe and convenient food heating equipment underground in coal mines.
