Research On Test And Construction Of Microwave Maintenance Vehicle

The research and manufactory of road maintenance vehicle are developing rapidly, as the road maintenance enterprise was noticed. Microwave maintenance vehicle is a new maintenance device, which was appreciated by people after releasing into market.Firstly, this paper introduce the pit repair test of microwave maintenance vehicle which used in Jinghu Highway, through recording and analyzing the test date, we make a conclusion that microwave-heating has many advantages, such as uniformity of heating,small temperature gradient,pollution-free and so on; at the meantime, by analyzing and comparing the use-cost of microwave maintenance vehicle and other maintenance type, this paper put forward some economic indicators, which indicate the economic advantages of microwave-heating.For the short research time of microwave maintenance vehicle, many shortages have appeared by the test. By study on electric generator and low voltage system of microwave maintenance vehicle, this paper bring a plan that using full power output system and high-voltage generate technology in maintenance vehicle, which will greatly promote efficiency of power transmission system and heater system.
