Digital Factory is an important part of China ’s information technology industry. Entering the 21 st century, the international manufacturing and related technology transfer to China constantly. After several years of rapid development, China is already the world’s manufacturing powerhouse. Precision flexible automation and other digital high-tech have been used in the mechanical manufacturing. In Vocational schools, while training students to adapt to the needs of the community and business professionals work more urgent, alos, schools have purchased a large number of modern CNC machine tools for student training. How to take advantage of the school CNC equipment, thus realize the development of enterprises through information technology simulation facility and the digitization of educational training facility have a very real sense and research value.This article is based on years of discussion and exploration of the work of the foundation of the digital factory teaching practice, researching and analyzing the specific needs of vocational education, fully utilizing modern simulation technology and simulating the modern enterprise paperless production environment. And finally achieve the convergence of modernized enterprise production process and digital plant training systems in school education and training aspects.In this article I analyze the digital plant architecture of the enterprise, and the realization of digitized factory, through utilizing enterprise system layout analysis of each application link. The use of technology and CAXA Network DNC’s CAD, CAM, CAPP, PDM software system, and the establishment of PLM experience center through related hardware, paperless production workshops, data collection and other related digital repository model, establishes and implements digital training institutions system that fit with the vocational education.This article mainly analyzes typical enterprise digital plant technology, aided by computer to design digital factory training in vocational schools system. Hardware and software design and implementation framework for digital plant training system render the system flowcharts and comprehensive layout. Using Visual C + + for system and related applications for secondary development, then completing the repository, PLM experience center, training center building.Construction Digital Factory Training System effectively implements the project-based teaching in secondary vocational education, assures the advantages of this pedagogy through PLM experience center, education in paperless environment, integration of theory and practice areas, and enables students to adapt the integration and business positions.
