| With globalization increasingly fierce market competition, China’s labor cost advantage of manufacturing companies are rapidly disappearing, manufacturers are facing tremendous time, cost and quality pressures. The rapid development of IT technology has greatly changed the manufacturing industry, driven by manufacturing a new breakthrough. Manufacturing enterprises are very complex production process, the actual study of digital factory technology from different fields of application, requirements, and depth to research manufacturing enterprises, in order to not affect the processes of manufacturing companies collaborate together to complete the whole process as a precondition, complexity by decomposition and simplify complex issues, simplify the problem to solve the problem.Digital factory technology includes enterprise resource planning, manufacturing execution system and the underlying control system. Enterprise resource planning can’t judgment and management current events of a production site. Because the traditional production field management is a black-box operation, unable to meet the needs of the complicated competition. To the transparency of the black-box operation, fundamentally find out the factors influencing the quality and cost, truly improve production planning flexibility and timeliness, but also improve the production efficiency of the production line, production enterprises urgently need to plan for manufacturing execution system at the production site. In this paper, integration of ANDON system and manufacturing execution system can better achieve this goal.This paper introduces the digital technology and geared to the needs of the production workshop manufacturing execution system and ANDON system, focuses on implementation of integration of ANDON system function structure and manufacturing execution system. On the basis of system requirements analysis of digital factory production management situation and existing problems, put forward the system hierarchy model and the overall function model. After determining the overall system design principles and objectives, system network structure, database, system overall function module, system integration and input/output sides facing the overall system design.The system uses the B/S structure and IDEF0 function modeling method, the system is divided into system management, basic data maintenance, project management, production management, quality management, material management, equipment management and report management eight functional modules. The ANDON system is divided into the production rhythm control, quality ANDON, material ANDON and equipment failure alarm four function modules, respectively, integrated into the whole system of production management, quality management, materials management and equipment management module, realize the integration of the ANDON system and manufacturing execution system.This paper designed the project implementation plan for the whole process. On the basis of the principles and methods proposed system implementation on the project were designed. Planning and management content and function of the project, and to evaluate the implementation of risk. Finally, system implementation benefits were predicted. |
