The highway toll system has experienced 10 years development began in the country rapidly warming. In 2007, GB20851 series ETC national standards promulgated.At present, the expressway network toll collection system construction has become the Chinese highway industry operation and management in the development of a new hot. " Eleven five" period, China has 28 provinces( area, city) realized freeway couplet net to collect fees, open the electronic toll collection system( ETC) lane number approximately 1300, the average coverage( set ETC toll station accounted for the proportion of the total number of expressway toll station) is about 15%.In this paper, the Lane Toll System in system design and implementation are analyzed and expounded, especially for MTC charging process and lane control computer and external equipment communication function design and implementation of a detailed analysis and the elaboration, mainly include the following contents:Lane Hardware control;Forming higher hardware compatibility mechanism of different hardware devices, convenient access;Various charging process, and the various special cases of the treatment process;Gradually adopt reliable, uniform, cross platform data storage and data transmission mechanism;Station server clock synchronization mechanism;Beable to work independently work mode, when the toll station computer does not work or network problems, does not affect the normal work, operation parameters, data records are stored in the local.According to need, can timely access to system parameter update notification,and timely completion of basic data switching;...
