After the development of highway toll collection over the years, now the highway takes a closed operating type on the road, the toll collector takes a semi-automatic way of toll collection. This advanced intelligent tolling way is always the research direction of highway. Lane tolling system is the most important system of three mechanical and electrical systems,and directly related to the highway operation and management. The system also has the most direct relationship with highway traffic efficiency.The highway charging modes of Jiangxi province are by artificial means and human engineering discriminate automobile. The device system control modes on the lane are the the semi-automatic way of automatic license plate recognition and vehicle detector trigger.For MTC road exit, the vehicle needs to be calculated the tolls by the model, mileage and the rate table of networking center.And the trucks are charging by weight 。 The overloaded vehicle should be punished by corresponding provisions.The paper introduces the hardware component of lane toll system and the design method of lane software. Referring to the construction of highway toll lane system and related experience, the lane exits set up the static scale to charge by weight. The entrances of lane 002 set up automatic card issuing to achieve automatic switching between automatic card-dispenser and artificial lane. This approach can improve the efficiency of toll lane to a certain extent 。 According to the requirement analysis of the software, the function module of toll software is determined. According to the research about the test of input signal and the set of output signals on card Yanhua IPC-7120 which is the core equipment of I/O control system, better control effect has been realized on peripheral equipments。 The paper also introduces the maintenance method of common malfunction according to the experience of field test and the analysis of fault after construction 。...
