In recent years,with the increasing awareness of human environmental protection,countries began to introduce strict environmental protection policies and regulations.It is a general trend for automobile manufacturers to design green products and enhance their competitiveness by improving the environmental performance of products.How to combine the designer's knowledge background and design habits to provide designers with the green design knowledge they need,so that designers can make full use of the knowledge related to automotive green design,and improve the efficiency of green design of auto parts is an urgent solution.To solve this problem,this thesis proposes an active push method for green design knowledge needs of automotive industry designers.The main contents are as follows:Firstly,aiming at the problem of knowledge expression in green design,the theory of knowledge expression in green design based on life cycle analysis is studied.By introducing the theory of product life cycle analysis,the necessity of product green design is pointed out.The related theory of green design knowledge is introduced,the knowledge requirement of product green design is analyzed,and the knowledge expression model of product green design based on ontology theory is established.Secondly,the designer is the main body of product design activities,so it is necessary to study the knowledge requirements of green design for designers.To solve this problem,the designer's green design knowledge needs are defined as two parts: the green design knowledge needs involved in the design task and the designer's own green design knowledge needs caused by the difference of personal knowledge background.Through the analysis of design task,the knowledge requirement in the task is extracted;through the modeling of the designer,the knowledge requirement of green design caused by the different knowledge background and design interest of the designer is acquired.Finally,an active knowledge push method for Designers' knowledge needs of green design is proposed.This thesis introduces cosine similarity algorithm based on vector space model,and outlines the specific workflow of green design knowledge active push system.Aiming at the designer's evaluation,this thesis defines the designer's knowledge requirement degree of green design,puts forward a feedback push method of green design knowledge based on designer's evaluation,calculates the comprehensive weight of green design knowledge by setting the evaluation weight,screens out the knowledge that meets the designer's knowledge requirement of green design,and keeps records of relevant processes systematically.When the designer receives similar tasks again,the system automatically fetches previously saved data and provides precise push to the designer.Taking the front-end module of automobile as the research object,the method proposed in this thesis is validated.
