| The UAV(Unmanned Aerial Vehicles) has been focused on in the world more than ever in recent years.Especially the micro UAV, with its small size, light weight, low cost and high performance has received much more wide attention and much more rapid development.The airborne receiver is an essential part of UAV TTC system. Each 1 grams of weight loss will improve its combat capability for the military UAV. The research of miniaturization of airborne receiver has very important significance.Based on previous UAV airborne receiver,the miniaturization design of a L band airborne receiver is studied.Combined with the engineering practice,the specific scheme is presented and successfully developed a prototype device.The main work of this paper:At first, the working principle of receiver was introduced. Lists the circuit structure of common receiver, comparing the advantages and disadvantages of each structure in engineering application, and provides a theoretical basis for the correct selection of the airborne receiver structure; combined with the actual engineering design, discusses in detail the influence of the main technical parameters of receiver performance and the need to pay attention to the problems in the design of receiver.Then, according to the function index of the receiver on project, it gives the applicable miniaturization receiver design reasonable and introduces the design of the LNA, broadband LO and the IF AGC circuit from the index to determine the choice of devices to complete the final circuit. The author uses such as ADS and MATLAB to simulate and analysis the related part;briefly introduces the determination and selection circuit receiver of the rest of the definition and components;focus on the analysis of implelmengation scheme of recerver miniaturization,including meterial selection of PCB and layout and writing on the PCB,EMC of the PCB, structure designning of the receiver in the whole device,simulation analysis and preventive measures of electromagnetic leakage.Finally, it gives the detailed index test and thorough analysis. The data shows the design fit for the demand of each index.Compared with the traditional airborne receiver, this one has the better feature of small size, low weight,low power and excellent performance. Using the design of one PCB and single cavityThe success on receiver,it saves the manufacturing cost,reduces the complexity of debugging and it is easier to produce.This succese provides important engineering experience for the formal equipment. |
