| Under the pressure of energy shortage and the emergency of environmental protection, people have to develop and utilize new energy. With the development of science and technology, and the wider application of solar cells, it is safely predict a soaring demand of products. Accordingly, there is a promising future of PC products in the market. With such tendency comes increasingly high requirement of PV products. Silicon films, solar cells, solar panels are primarily delivered to foreign or domestic large-scale power plants. Due to the late start, weak foundation and lagging technique of packaging industry in China, we are still confronted with such problems as high breakage rate, low logistics efficiency as well as environmental pollution, etc. Therefore, the main topic of this paper is to make a research on reasonable packaging design. In this thesis, packaging design of silicon films, solar cells and solar panels in the photovoltaic industry chain were made respectively to domestic transport and exportation. The main contents are as follows:The description of the PV industry development at home and abroad and the clarification of the necessity for packaging design of photovoltaic products.A design of domestic and international transport packaging solutions for an enterprise of photovoltaic products(silicon films, solar cells and solar panels).The packaging design of silicon varies from various destination, the solar cell packaging design is a re-designed optimization from existing packaging, and the packaging solutions of the solar panels is only a brief introduction of two programs of cardboard and wood box.Take solar cells for an example, based on logistics transport environment and the forces, using the CAXA physical design software and the ANSYS Workbench finite element software. The comparison between the maximum stress and material stress through statics analysis of the cell package of stress andstrain and displacement contours to meet the strength requirements; natural frequency and mode shapes obtained by modal analysis, to avoid the occurrence of resonance, and verify that the packaging design of reliable and rationality.A description of the software and usage of Load Expert, optimization analysis of solar cells logistics transportation, comparison with the packing program, analysis of the accuracy and convenience using this software to calculate the container.? Proposal of the packaging waste recycling and Green packaging method, discussion of paper packaging waste, plastic packaging waste, metal packaging waste and glass packaging waste recycling method, and an example of recycling methods and processes of EXPAK. |
