| China’s high-speed rail has grown fastest around the world, which has the longest r unning mileage, the highest operating speed and the largest construction. In china, there are various basic equipments and substation equipments. It relies mainly on railway staf f for inspection on a regular basis to ensure the safe operation of high-speed railway. Due to the climatic conditions, land area and the influence of various other factors, railway staff’s checking quality cannot be guaranteed. Meanwhile, railyway staff may not timely feedback and keep the information of the equipments’ running state, feeder, dangerous trees and hazards, which can cause the delay of the clearing the equipment hidden danger, and it will cause some failures that may affect train operation such as equipment off the brake. It is the traditional way to record and inspect whether the staff have patrolled or not. However, sometimes the patrol officers do not inspect carefully and forge the inspection record which has caused various accidents such as equipment off the brake. Therefore, in order to ensure that the line, feeder, boom is safe and reduce unnecessary economic loss, there are growing calls to change checking way that the patrol officers sing in on papers when they inspect. How to solve the standardization of the supervision and inspection management draws concern of managers who charge of high-speed rail transit power supply. This paper is aiming to solve these above-mentioned problems with very good electronic patrolling, providing the best solution for the rail transportation. Patrol officers carry the pads to scan the electronic tags and register the location. Meanwhile the checking information about the contact net will be saved automatically by the pads. After that patrol officers will transmit the information to the central machine room by the transmission software to ensure its safety. The administrators will monitor the patrolling by using the WEB website. The achievement and application of system is a progress of the monitoring of patrol and inspection. |
