With global warming and industrial development, air pollution becomes more and more serious. Coupled with the temperature changes during the seasons, trend of respiratory diseases violating people’s health is increasing. The traditional treatment model of medication, injection and transfusion is unable to meet a variety of contemporary complex respiratory disease, particularly the elderly and children.This thesis developed a microcontroller core with STC’s intensive ultrasonic nebulizer. Intensive ultrasonic nebulizer is a kind of new medical equipment.The instrument uses a more advanced pulse width modulation technique to directly control the operating frequency of the transducer, and improve the transducer’s voltage amplitude shock by using the BOOST circuit Transducer converts electrical energy into high-frequency vibration, and then through the horn to amplify the oscillation amplitude. Without the use of heat or chemical means liquid atomizer. Atomized liquid ejected from the micro mesh plate, forming a patient can be directly inhaled aerosol, easy operation.This thesis describes the history of the market demand, the advantages and atomizer spray treatment of intensive research background ultrasonic nebulizer, nebulizer treatment Then briefly describes the principals involved in intensive ultrasonic nebulizer, and finally focuses on the intensive ultrasonic nebulizer hardware design and software design, which describes the hardware design of the power processing module, A/D sampling module, a control circuit module, boost circuit module, wifi control module, LCD module and microcontroller module.Finally, the sub-module system was developed circuit simulation. And circuit output intensive ultrasonic nebulizer was tested.
