The Design Research Of Microwave Oven Control Circuit Based On WIFI

With the development and progress of network technology, the Internet of Things has been improved and upgraded constantly. These applications are gradually moving from industry into people’s daily work and social life. At the same time, because of these rapid developments in China’s urbanization process, and the continuous improvements in the economic structure, new problems which are caused by economic prosperity, the accelerated pace of life, and increased work pressure, people are spending less time on improving the family environment and daily diet in family activities. Thus, intelligent home appliances appear to be quite important to modern families. An inevitable trend is occurring with Household appliances being transformed into modern and essential household devices. The large home appliances companies at home and abroad also have increased their investments in new product development, and have launched a series of intelligence appliances.WIFI technology is a wireless LAN Technology. Wireless networks consist of wireless LAN and wireless access points. The WIFI module has a wide application in smart appliances. Networking technology which is based on WIFI technology can make people’s lives more comfortable and more secure. Different types of electrical devices with sensor information at home can be controlled and transferred by WIFI technology, so as to achieve uniform control and management in the home network.Through our research we have developed an intelligent microwave oven control circuit which is based on WIFI technology. Users can control the microwave oven remotely using a smart phone. But before using this product, you need to download and install a specific software application. By scanning the bar code on the product, you can connect with the corresponding microwave oven. Once this connection is accomplished, users can remotely set up operation parameters, its operational conditions and smart cooking functions.Our research investigation also includes the hardware design, software system development, the communication protocols and the implementation of a microwave control circuit design with WIFI control function. After the experimental tests, the results have shown that this system has good versatility and scalability, low cost, low power consumption, and with unique performances. I believe it has great market competitiveness and promotional value.
