With the development of China’s wind power industry, the total number and the generating capacity also growing. But the wind generator running security is more outstanding day by day. This thesis based on the solution of Wind turbine generator vibration safety problems, analyze the wind turbine vibration characteristics, development situation of vibration generator detection system at home and abroad, and the customer demand, we see at present, the traditional wind turbine vibration testing equipment has some problem about high cost, low precision, poor interactivity, difficult to unified management and expansion. In order to solve these problems, this paper presents a new design about vibration generator detection system. The system requirements for wind generator vibration data collected is accurate analysis and processing, supporting interactive software interface for real-time monitoring of the wind turbine vibration state, and realize the remote control of abnormal operation state of the wind generator, so as to ensure the efficient, safe operation of wind turbine generator. In order to achieve the purpose, content and research methods of this thesis are as follows:The first is design a Distributed control system to realize real-time monitoring, alarm, control and other functions of wind turbine vibration state. The second is to study how to realize the vibration collector through optical fiber communications and data processing center by wind generator using M-NET protocol. Three is deeply study Digital filtering technology. The test was performed by Matlab simulation software, to understand the characteristics of all kinds of digital filtering, adaptive digital filtering method to find vibration generator detection and combination, using C++ builer6 design data processing procedures, to achieve the vibration data collection of accurate analysis. The last one is using C++ builer6 to design humanized user interface, make monitoring users of each wind turbine real-time vibration and remote control.Through the test, proved the wind turbine vibration monitoring system in this thesis can achieve the intending function. This distributed control system can realize the real-time detection of the vibration data of wind power generator, and can meet the needs of users better. Compared with the traditional vibration detecting system has been greatly improved In flexibility, low cost, safety, visualization, operability and maintainability etc. It represents development direction of wind generator vibration detection system.
