Using carbon fibre reinforced polymer to strengthen the bridges has the advantage of convenient construction and corrosion resistance. It has been widely used in bridge maintenance and reinforcement project. The traditional probabilistic model requires sufficient data and is sensitive to the range of parameters. However, non-probability model data has low sample requirements. It just needs the upper and lower parameter variables. Therefore, the non-probability reliability analysis method has highly practical applicability in the bridge reinforcement project.The probabilistic reliability theory first been used in analysis of carbon fiber reinforced Bridges in this paper, It turns out that the CFRP reinforcement effect is reliable and reasonable. Concrete research conent is as follows.(1)On the basis of reading the relevant specifications and literatures, there is a detailed description of the concept of non-probabilistic,the reliability models and the method of reliability index analysis.(2)It propose the research methods of non-probabilistic reliability analysis before strengthening the bridge according to a non-probabilistic reliability theory.Through a specific project example, do sensitivity analysis before the bridge reinforcement to identify the impact of the structure and function of large function interval variables.Improved one-dimensional optimization method of interval model for solving the non-probabilistic reliability index before bridge reinforcement provides the research basis.(3)Several kinds of common reinforcement methods of bridge are summarized analysis, summed up according to the engineering experience, to choose appropriate examples of bridge reinforcement method,Then non-probabilistic reliability analysis after the bridge reinforcement, respectively by improving the one-dimensional optimization method and point of failure to solve the non-probabilistic reliability optimization method. Improvement of one-dimensional optimization method is mainly for the explicit limit equation, but the limit state equation of bridges in the actual project is not easy to find, it need finite element modeling and analysis methods. Application of existing point of failure is going to model analysis modeling,and compared with the improvement of one-dimensional optimization algorithm can provide ideas and analysis methods for those who are not functional rehabilitation with CFRP laminates function of the bridge.Finally, by changing the width and number of layers of carbon fiber cloth, analysis the change of non-probabilistic reliability index after reinforcement to provide the basis for Strengthened by CFRP bridge.
