Concerns about reliability issues of tunnel lining structure have been increasing. In the process of reliability analysis, the theory method for stability analysis of tunnel structure is essential. Rationality and accuracy about the result of lining structural reliability analysis not only effect the stability of the structure, but also influence the relevant decision of the tunnel project. So choose of analysis method is particularly important in the tunnel structural reliability. In this paper, the characteristics of the tunnel engineering structures are analyzed, then study the reliability analysis method based on the traditional probability theory and using non-probabilistic reliability model based on interval theory lining structure reliability analysis.First, expounded of the interval mathematics theory comprehensively, then combined with non-probabilistic reliability thinking, analysis the non-probabilistic reliability model based on interval theory. In the analysis process, expansion interval arithmetic problems arising and the corresponding solutions focused research and analysis. Secondly, for the tunnel project features, used interval variables to represent the uncertain parameters and researched about the uncertainties affecting the lining structural reliability. Based limit state and the ultimate limit state establishment lining structure non-probabilistic reliability model, for complex nonlinear function takes one-dimensional optimization algorithm, turn non-probabilistic reliability index into solving a number of problems bulbs Yuan logarithmic equation. Then, on the basis of non-probabilistic reliability interval, take the tunnel structure as series system and analysis system reliability. Using the interval interference model to analysis and get the probability of non-interference reliability in the case of intervals of stress and intensity interference when lining structure in the limit state. Finally, combined with the project examples and prove that interval non-probabilistic reliability method and interval non-probabilistic interference model binding to make the results of reliability analysis of tunnel lining structure is more reasonable, provide more practical guidance in the design and management and other aspects in the tunnel project.
