In this paper, according to the present our country advocates the social background of constructing economical society, non-renewable resources background of land resources, and current seems to beauty of composition and form some college as colleges and universities only measure of planning and design of the embarrassing situation, proposed the spatial organization and the use of the perspective of colleges and universities teaching intensive research topic, the teaching of colleges and universities in all aspects of intensive content as the research and analysis of the indicators.The innovation point of this essay is, from the selection of medium measure to the colleges and universities teaching the core part of colleges and universities as the research object, at the same time set up is closely related to the spatial organization and use of the five levels of index system, and for them to make the combination of qualitative and quantitative comparison and study carefully.After research and analysis found that:Firstly, the intensive teaching in colleges and universities, spatial organization and space utilization are the two important content both independent and interrelated, no matter where should conform to the space of colleges and universities the inherent requirement of the intensive development of this trend.Secondly, the overall goal of the college teaching intensive for reality, from macro to micro index of every level plays a different role.In the secondary target layer, spatial organization is more important than the space utilization; In the third goal layer, Space of teaching organization, development intensity, the importance of teaching and campus other elements organization located in the top three; In the rule layer, plot ratio, the types of teaching space organization, teaching way organization, building density, distance between teaching building, teaching building height is located in the top six of importance.Thirdly, by an example of empirical analysis, we will find that each project indicators in comparison of actual results and the analytic hierarchy process, or the judgment of the general questionnaire is, but in the local or a certain deviation. The reason is that the campus in complex terrain and road conditions, each instance of special situation and affected by many external factors comprehensively, and experts on the current status of the case have different cognition, research depth is differ, the assurance of pair of scales is differ, etc, will impact of expert evaluation,these aspects requires that we architect in the future college teaching intensive practical design should give enough attention and disposed of properly.Through the study of this article, in colleges and universities teaching space by irrational before the extensive development of slowly to the rationality of the intensive use of transition, and develop land resources of colleges and universities teaching carries potential and make full use of the contact space of the teaching of colleges and universities, for the realization of the teaching of colleges and universities rely on the final goal to improve their quality of connotation of sustainable development has a certain reference value.
