In recent years, With the rapid development of economy, the forms of the modern architecture structural engineering are more and more diversified. The scale of engineering quantity and engineering is increasing day by day. so, a large of mass concrete engineering appeared, such as dam or mass concrete construction engineering, which are applied more and more widely. Experts and scholars from home and abroad had done the thorough research to the nature of the mass concrete and the temperature stress theory. However, given the complexity of the actual mass concrete projects, Different construction technology, construction materials, environmental factors will cause different effects on the project. For practical engineering, temperature, stress cannot be deduced by analytical solution, so it is necessary to do the thorough research of it.Based on the results of previous studies, I make a brief analysis of the temperature field of the mess concrete, based on the heat transfer theory, I set up the finite element formula of unsteady temperature field in concrete structure by the variation principle to solve the issues of the temperature field. I also make a brief analysis of the dry shrinkage strain of the mess concrete structure under the coupling effect of the the temperature field and humidity field and I also proposed the calculation formula of creep stress and finite element analysis method. According to the orthogonal flow rule of plasticity, I established the temperature thermal stress constitutive model affected by the concrete creep and shrinkage of concrete and other factors.In this paper, taking Guangling metro civil defense project temperature, strain detection for the starting point. We arrange the stress gauge in the base plate and some other locations. and use the frequency meter to obtain the data of temperature and strain data. We analyzed the actual variation of temperature and stress field in the construction process, and then I use the element software ABAQUS to make the numerical simulation analysis of the negative bottom of Guangling metro civil defense project. I compared the experimental data with simulation data and then make analysis of them, I found that the measured data is consistent with the results of simulation analysis, this shows that reliability of finite element simulation.In this paper, I combine the theoretical research with actual testing, and they confirm each other, this provides the theoretical support and experimental basis for the other similar mass concrete projects.
