| With the widespread application of mass concrete structure incurrent engineering construction, the structure performance and construction technology become a focus of attention in engineering. In the prophase of mass concrete pouring and solidification heat of hydration formed complicated temperature field. The temperature field forms the temperature stress that cause concrete dehiscence without loading. The menace for structure load-carrying properties and secure service life can't be ignored.Concentrated on analysis of temperature and stress fields of concrete dams and determination of thermodynamic parameters, the causes of the concrete cracking the measures for temperature control and crack repairs are expatiated in this paper. The finite element method is used to simulated the temperature andstress field in the pouring prophase of mass concrete------dams, from which thetemperature and stress distribution of dams is obtained, and the specific measures to prevent dams cracking are determined. The main work in this paper are as follows:Take the actual project as the example, according to the actual pouring and constructing state of concrete, firstly the dam body section is discreted, then the boundary condition and the temperature load is exerted, the finite element software ANSYS is used to simulate transient temperature field and stress field which is formed from temperature field in the concrete structure, and the temperature value and the stress value of partial nodes has been produced. According to the stress value which is produced compared with the tensile strength of concrete, whether concrete cracked or not can be determined. Study on the mechanism of the concrete cracking is made and the corresponding methods of crack repairing are also discussed deeply. |
