Overloading of vehicles on the road is not only very serious harm, but also makes the vehicle greatly shorten the life of the vehicle in the corners and steep where performance is affected, severely affected the traffic safety. For comprehensive management overloaded vehicles on the highway are used our car dynamic weighing system for heavy-duty vehicles were on the road transport of goods were overrun detection, and have achieved good results.WIM refers to the state of motion of the vehicle in order to get through the weighing equipment weight of the vehicle. Compared to static weighing, the higher the efficiency of dynamic weighing more suitable now faster paced logistics and transport testing needs, but still when the vehicle is stationary weighing other static interference on the weighing equipment, in addition to the vehicle itself is not, it is easier to get an accurate weight value. But the dynamic weighing process will face a variety of effects, such as:road conditions; the vehicle loading conditions; weighing equipment useful life too; vehicle status, etc. Under the influence of various factors, resulting in the traditional signal analysis method for weighing process nonlinear, non-stationary signal analysis are not accurate enough, which directly affects the accuracy of dynamic weighing system.By analyzing the working principle of dynamic weighing systems, introduces the various components of the system, including hardware and PC software development architecture. Through the analysis of dynamic weighing process, the weighing process in the state of motion of the vehicle and the overall structure of dynamic vehicle model, analyze their situation by force and motion conditions in the work process, and to get the signal from the sensor and weighing waveforms were compared. The load cell is the core component of the dynamic weighing system, which greatly affects the accuracy of the weighing system, but weighing signal exhibits non-stationary and non-linear nature of the feature, the paper introduces several common signal processing algorithms, By comparison of the signal and such characteristics are not well filtered.
