With the rapid development of high-speed railway, we need to build more long-span Bridges to cross rivers and promoted the development of the prestressed concrete continuous girder bridge, bridge construction has entered the unprecedented high tide period. Large span continuous beam to occupy the important position, but this kind of bridge under construction will often appear in the process of the linear not harmonious, the phenomenon such as irregular structure internal force, thus makes the domestic related personnel on the comprehensive study of the bridge construction control, the most widely of the cantilever construction method, in this way, will bring bridge structure internal force and displacement of the change, in order to ensure the safety of the bridge construction and bridge construction quality, the bridge construction control is indispensable.In this paper, a fast in DaLian to ZhuangHe railway continuous beam bridge as the engineering background, the upper structure of the bridge construction control analysis and reliability of the research.According to the characteristics of the prestressed concrete continuous girder bridge construction control, puts forward the reasonable construction control scheme, the establishment of a comprehensive monitoring system, using the monitoring system, in the process of zhuang river bridge construction control, collected in the process of the construction structure change displacement and the stress distribution in the cross section of the main control data, such as through the established simulation model of the construction process of a computer, analysis the difference between theoretical calculation and the actual construction, parameter identification and adjustment.Based on the theory of structure reliability, the reliability of the test period of concrete continuous girder bridge is studied, establishing the largest cantilever stage of resistance and load probability model and the related formula. Through the analysis of the changing degree of various factors on the reliability index, strength of concrete, has concrete beam section such as the impact on the reliability during the construction. For a greater influence on the reliability index of the direct or indirect factors, should be controlled in the actual construction.This article through effective monitoring and control, reasonable calculation analysis of the bridge into the bridge linear, section stress control, according to the established reliability probability model, strictly control the construction error and ends at the same time as far as possible casting weight can guarantee to improve reliability index, ensure the construction safety. In this paper, the conclusion provides effective basis for the bridge.
