The paper explores the main principles and methods of segmental construction control,analyses the content and the method of the struction control of the prestressed concrete continuous beam bridge, introduces the grey construction control system of the bridge which has been developed from both modern predictive control theory and grey theory,and also introduces the course to build the GM(1,1) Model.the structural model of the birdge and the GM(1,1) Model are developed to callulate the displacement and internal force on which is based to building elevation of each segmental in cantilever construction, one of the most important techniques of alignment control, and at the same time factors on construction deformation are also discussed.Segmental cantilever construction is a common method used to build the prestressed concrete continuous beam bridge. In order to construct the bridge safely and successfully, to make the bridge alignment accord with design requirement,and to assure safety during service time, we must study the construction control technique of the bridge. According to the practice on Xing'anjiang Bridge, The paper indicates that the grey construction control system of the bridge can be used for the prestressed concrete continuous beam bridge,and the system is simple and easy to control,so the grey construction control system of the bridge is of great value in practical construction.
