Vehicle power transmission system manipulation automation can effectively improve the power and economy performance of vehicle, at the same time can reduce the labor intensity of the driver.Automatic transmission technology is an important direction to improve and perfect the transmission system of the vehicle.Especially with the application of control technology in vehicle, making the application of automatic transmission technology in vehicle is more and more widely.The system of the Automated Mechanical Transmission can alleviate the driver’s fatigue and improve the power and economy performance of vehicle,at the same time,the system of AMT has the virtues of briefness as well as low price.So the AMT is very suitable for the development of Chinese automobile industry reality, which has the good industrialization prospect as well as the enormous application range.Shift schedule is automatic shift time between two gears position of vehicle with the change of control parameters,which is the foundation of automatic shift theory, what kind of shift control parameters should be selected and what’s time to shift is the main research.The merits of shift schedule can directly affect the power and economy performance of vehicle.Therefore,shift schedule is the key of the automatic transmission control system.This thesis based on actual engineering project, and its based on an actual vehicle matching with AMT to study the AMT shift schedule.The main work content is as follows: Analyzing the engine characteristics;Establishing the mathematical model and numerical model of engine; Studying the basis of power and economy shift schedule of AMT;The paper will consider vehicle quality dynamic change to study AMT shift schedule;Using MATLAB/Simulink software to establish shift schedule simulation model of the electronic automated mechanical transmission (AMT) vehicle, and compared with power and economy performance of the current vehicle simulation model.The results show that the power and economy performance of vehicle in this paper is improved, and validated its rationality and superiority.
