With the rapid development of automatic transmission technology, automated mechanical transmission (AMT) has become the commercialization in the United States and Europe. In order to improve the class of our country commercial car and market competitiveness,research on shift schedule in automated mechanical transmission (AMT) is an important development direction of automatic transmission.For the development of the AMT system,it has an important application value and practical significance.According to conventional research problem:the clutch is often ignored.Based on the analysis of the clutch influence in the process of establishment of the clutch shift of dynamic model.This paper puts forward establishing the model of shift schedule in AMT.And whether under the influence of the clutch or not, a simulated comparison of the common two-parameter-controlled optimal-power basic shift schedule is made.Based on the analysis of the basic theory on shift schedule in this thesis,whether under the influence of the clutch or not, established the model of shift schedule in AMT, and the model is simulated for the comparative study. As a studying object with the engine,clutch, transmission, based on the analysis on the vehicle engine characteristics of the part output torque,transmission torque characteristics,the joint and detach dynamic model of the clutch of the car during the shifting.And according to the quality criteria of simulation platform for the vehicle shift schedule of AMT,on the basis of the software MATLAB/SIMULINK, a simulated model of AMT system model,AMT optimum performance basic shift-schedule model,automotive dynamics model and car fuel consumption model are made.In accordance with the simulation steps of the basic shift-schedule of AMT, under the influence of the clutch, a simulated of the common two-parameter-controlled optimal-power basic shift schedule is made, and the comparative simulation of the common two-parameter-controlled optimal-power basic shift schedule of AMT, which ignores the influence of the clutch. Simulation results show that the ability of accelerating speed in considering the influence of the clutch is superior to ignore the influence of the clutch. And fuel consumption in considering the influence of the clutch is less than that in ignoring the influence of the clutch, it has saved energy and reduced emission in practical significance. Based on simulation research of basic shift schedule, a simulated of the jump two-parameter-controlled optimal-power basic shift schedule model is made. By modifying the clutch's dynamic model,shift logic of vehicle shift schedule,and whether under the influence of the clutch or not, a simulated comparison of the jump two-parameter-controlled optimal-power basic shift schedule is made.Simulation results show that vehicle in jump shift schedule,considering under the influence of the clutch,whether the dynamic characteristics or economic characteristics,is superior to ignoring the influence of the clutch simulation model, which can further improve vehicle's the dynamic characteristics or economic characteristics,reduce energy consumption.
