Now, the problem of snow removal in winter is more and more important. New Type of throwing snow removal is also more important. The drive system of snow removal machine and the control system of the snow removal part is the core of snow removal machine. This paper considers the design requirements and performance requirements of the snow removal machine, design the hydraulic system of snow sweeper which is suitable for small highway and city road.In this paper, according to the design requirements and performance requirements of the snow removal machine, choose the basic loop and the speed control mode of the hydraulic system, designed the schematic diagram of snow sweeper’s driving hydraulic system. Then the hydraulic pump and hydraulic motor is calculated and selected. The pump and motor model is determined. Auxiliary component is calculated and selected. The parameter of pump and motor is checked. After analysis of the composition and work requirement of the snow removal work part of the snow sweeper, design the snow removal work hydraulic system of snow sweeper.Finally, using AMESim simulation software, the drive hydraulic system of snow sweeper is mode and simulated, obtained the simulation results of pump and motor.Using AMESim simulation software, the drive hydraulic system of snow sweeper is mode and simulated, the result show: in the drive hydraulic system of snow sweeper, the working pressure, output flow and input torque of the pump, the output torque and output speed of the motor are similar with the calculate result. The working condition is able to meet the design requirement. The result provide a theoretical basis and reference for further optimize and improve the design of snow sweeper’s hydraulic system and selection of hydraulic components. |
