A large amount of waste pavement concrete was produced with speeding up ofurbanization and rapid development of road construction in the world. The wastepavement concrete can be processed into available products.That was considered asan important way to recycle discarded pavement concrete.So the performance ofcutting equipment has important effect for the recycling of waste concretepavement.At present, many cutting machines of road have some questions such as lowpower, small cutting depth and linearity cannot be guaranteed, etc. Therefore,developed a new cutting machine of road is necessary which can realize the largecutting depth, a linear work within track and full hydraulic drive.Based on the analysis of the working principle and operating mode of YFSJ2000type concrete cutting machine, this article designed the machine hydraulic systemincluding cutting system, driving system and the lateral system which meets the jobrequirements. The confluence of driving hydraulic system was put forward and thework efficiency of the system was improved. The parameters matching of YFSJ2000type cutting machine’s hydraulic system and the parameter calculation, check andselection of the main working components of hydraulic system such as the pumps,motors and the hydraulic cylinders was carried out according to the actual operatingmode. At last, the cutting hydraulic system and hydraulic system simulation modelwas established in AMESim environment and the rationality of the designed hydraulicsystem and parameter matching is verified by simulation experiment.
