The hydraulic breaking hammer is assisted of Construction Machinery,our conutry as a whole has not yet completed the process of industrialization and a large number of railway, highway, water conservancy construction will be carried out.Future projects of all types of modern machinery and equipment will be increasing on demanding for construction machinery,such as hydraulic hammer to be provided a large number of market opportunities. Therefore ,a hydraulic hammer will be improved performance. The maker will enhance the quality of their products, improve work efficiency and more effective so that it applies to engineering construction.In this thesis,it analyzes the hydraulic breaking hammer of the current status and future development of domestic and international trends, and describes the study of hydraulic breaking hammer of the current situation and design theory. In this paper, the GT50 hydraulic hammer of Giant Hydraulic Breaker Manufacturing Co.Ltd as an example, the paper highlights two aspects of research: First, hydraulic breaking hammer of the state of non-linear movement and analysis of reasonable assumptions.Hydraulic system on a reasonable analysis and research, and consider such factors as the key components for a reasonable service life of the calculation and selection. Secondly, the use of simulation software AMESim to hydraulic breaking hammer of the hydraulic system modeling and simulation, analysis of its parameters on the performance of the hydraulic hammer, on the basis of making the efficiency of optimization parameters can be improved. Analysis of simulation results for the hydraulic system after the project will provide a theory reference.In this paper,it focus on the work of theoretical research,and the course of the study results would coincide with the actual Hydraulic Breaker for the in-depth study has laid a good foud-ation.
