With the development of economic and urbanization, a great quantity of ultra high-rise buildings has been built, from where comes the climax of infrastructure construction. However, as for the lack of study on life-cycle designing for ultra high-rise building fabrics, along with the lagging on engineering structure life-cycle designing, there would always lay ignorance on the life-cycle durability of the traditional ultra high-rise buildings, as well as engineers’ neglect towards the overall comprehension on ultra high-rise building life-cycle, which caused great loss both on property and lives, therefore it’s required to set up the research on ultra high-rise building fabric life-cycle from the stage of design. This paper centers on durability designing for ultra high-rise buildings, including:Establishing a target system for ultra high-rise building life-cycle designing. Based on achieved achievements, establish target system theory for ultra high-rise fabric life-cycle designing, which considers not only traditional structural design of our country, set up core hierarchy of objectives centering on performance reliability, economic and life, but also concept of Green Engineering of developed countries, set up green hierarchy of objectives centering on social environment, client satisfaction and sustainable development, which provides theoretical basis for future ultra high-rise life-cycle designing study.Analysis on durability and its factors during life-cycle of ultra high-rise building fabrics. By present achievements of durability of reinforced concrete structures, based on main factors on ultra high-rise fabrics durability, summary their regularities and time-varying models,Trying to apply often used on ultra high-rise fabric designing soft Midas Gen onto structural life-cycle designing. Based on characteristics of Midas Gen pose feasible plan that can reflect regularity of fabric degenerating, adjust parameters properly to reveal life-cycle designing based on Midas Gen, and pose a feasible and easy idea for life-cycle designing.On Midas Gen with the example of ultra high-rise building fabric, accomplished the statistical analysis and dynamic analysis and elasto-static time-varying analysis under small earthquakes, comprehended characteristics of loadings on fabric, and judge fabric according to the standard of evaluation and have steels distributed, which satisfied a designing routine for ultra high-rise fabrics. And figure out changes in the parameters of core characteristics, and compare it on designing with when considering non life-cycle factors. Analyzed regularity in characteristics of fabric life-cycle, providing basis for optimization design.Above all, this paper centers on durability designing ultra high-rise building fabric, adopts theory analysis, application calculation and project example, and discuss both theory and practice.
