Research On The Post Evaluation For Substation Reformation Project Based On Green Degree

With the concept of "green, energy saving, environmental protection" is deeply rooted in the hearts of the people, Green Substation Construction in our country substation has been the attention of many experts and scholars. Although existing green of Green Substation was scientific quantitative grade, it is still lack of Green Degree evaluation index system in Substation Green Renovation Project, and it is not conducive to promote and implement the Green Substation Construction.Therefore, this paper puts forward the research on the post Evaluation for Substation Reformation Project based on Green Degree and builds Green Degree evaluation index system of Substation Reformation Project. In order to implement the advancement of Green Substation project construction and provide theoretical basis and practical guidance, the paper combines with the case to use and evaluation of the index system.In this paper, according to the theory of Green Degree and the content of the project post-evaluation as a foundation, combined with the actual situation of Substation Green Renovation project in China, put forward the research on the post Evaluation for Substation Reformation Project based on Green Degree and related research.First of all, this paper analysis the green effect in the substation project from the resource strategy, technology, culture, system, management organization, and combines with the meaning of Green Degree and the function of the post Evaluation for Substation Reformation Project, and concludes the necessity of the post Evaluation for Substation Reformation Project based on Green Degree.Secondly, based on the analysis of the characteristics and principles of the green degree in the post Evaluation for Substation Reformation Project, expounds connotation of Green Degree. In order to penetrate the idea "green, energy saving, environmental protection", this paper builds Green Degree evaluation index system of Substation Reformation Project.Thirdly, this paper uses the analytic hierarchy process (AHP) to determine the weights of indicators for the Green Degree evaluation, puts forward the suitable standard for the Green Degree evaluation of Substation project evaluation, and combines the expert scoring method to evaluate the Green Degree of Substation Reformation Project.Finally, combined with the actual situation of KeQu 66kv ShuangPaozi Substation, use the Green Degree evaluation index system of Substation Reformation Project and the evaluation method to gain the results of Green Degree evaluation. According to the results, it can conclude the objective analysis of the green concept and green technology and related implementation of greening construction in Substation Reformation Project, and put forward constructive improvements for the construction of Green Substation.
