The construction of UHV grid in Ningxia grid is accelerating in "Twelfth five-year" period. The ±660kV DC power station in east of Yinchuan is put into operation in 2010, the 750kV substation in Qianshahu is put into operation in 2015 and the ±800kV DC power station in Taiyangshan will be put into operation in 2016. Meanwhile. Ningxia power grid will be the gird which is form of UHV and AC hybrid for outputing. As the UHV AC/DC hybrid power grid forming, the formation of further deepening and the couplingcharacteristics of AC/DC power grid cognition and the simulation calculation inaccordance are difficulties of operational control. The interaction between the AC/DC hybrid power grid has become increasingly complex, and the risks of cascading failure which will make widespread power outages are always existence.The background of this thesis is strong smart grid construction of provinces and aiming at ±800kV DC connected to the grid after a grid adaptability of three lines of defenceaspects research work. The study first starts from China electric power research institute system of PSD software grid model of power system modelling by power grid planning data combined with the typical parameters. The three level years model of before ±800kV DC putting into operation in 2015, after ±800kV DC putting into operation in 2016 and GanMou electromagnetic loop networkpower network reduction in 2017 is completed. Secondly, the methods of before and after the 750 kV Shahu station put into operation in 2015, after Taiyangshan DC put into operation in 2016 and Ganning section power network are simulated and analyzed for Ningxia grid where the main research is Ningxia grid security automatic device and adaptability of low-frequency and low-voltage load-shedding scheme. Finally, adaption of three lines of defence in grid in different level years is studied and the optimization adjustment plans and suggestions of three level lines are taken out.
