| Hybrid technology is an effective way to increase fuel economy, and series-parallelconstruct has the advantages of series construct and parallel construct, so it could saveenergy and decrease pollution largely of construction machinery. This paper try toincrease fuel economy of forklift by using series-parallel hybrid technology.Based on analyzing construct of series-parallel electric forklift in detail, referencingto the technology of building model of automotive and experimental data and actualargument, the simulation model of forklift is built in the software environment ofMatlab/Simulink. This model is used to verify energy management strategy andoptimize control parameters.Energy management is a critical technology of hybrid technology. In order to reducefuel consumption and keep dynamic performance, mode-hierarchy control strategy ispresented in this paper, and simulation model is built with Stateflow. This controlstrategy uses driving signal, SOC, and the speed of ICE as control parameter to meet therequirements of maintaining electric energy and increase efficiency of power system.In order to validate the energy management strategy, simulation driving cycles arebuilt based on JB/T3300-92and JB/T3300-2010of experimental standard offorklift. The results show that the control strategy has a good control effect andcould maintain the electric energy. Meanwhile, prototype trials also show thatthe strategy is reasonable.Finally, this paper constructs single-objective function about energyconsumption with weight, then optimizes control parameters with geneticalgorithm, and the energy consumption is litter than before. For reducinginfluence of selecting different weights, multi-objective function is constructed,and optimize the control parameters again, combining with Pareto theory. Theresults provide different Pareto solution. |
