Shortage of fossil fuels has led in recent years to wind power, photovoltaic power generation, represented by new energy technologies more and more attention. Volatility of new energy has become the biggest obstacle to their participation in the power system of the recovery process. With the development of technology, new energy consumptive volatility method is also emerging as a new energy to participate in the power system to provide the conditions for recovery.This paper studies the regional power system black-start the process, and using MATLAB/Simulink to build a hydroelectric power plant, gas-fired power system model wind farm participation recovery. Study the feasibility of a wind farm participation in the power system recovery under constant power control and constant voltage control mode in both cases, the control strategy proposed wind farm power systems involved in recovery, simulation experiments under different loads in wind farms involved in electricity effectiveness of the control system recovery strategy.
