The recovery process after the blackout has been problematic,leading to slow recovery of the grid,so the study of restoration contral has attracted widespread attention.Network reconfiguration is the second stage of recovery contral.The reasonable network reconfiguration scheme is of great significance to make full use of the limited resources of black start stage and promote the comprehensive load recovery.At first,the network reconfiguration recovery strategy is studied.Based on the recovery characteristics and tasks of the reconstruction stage,the reconstruction strategy of "process recovery,multi-process optimization" is put forward.The methods of the process division and each process length determination are analyzed.Secondly,the content of load recovery is analyzed.The content of the load recovery is put forward,inluding the balance of unit minimum output,eliminating overvoltage and waiting for the load recovery.The corresponding optimization model and solution strategy are established for the load recovery of the balance of unit minimum output and waiting for the load recovery.The influence of load recovery on the reconfiguration of the grid is analyzed.On the basis of above,this paper studies the recovery process of the reconstruction of the network frame and puts forward a strategy for the reconstruction of network frame reconstruction with the consideration of unit,line and load coordination.In order to evaluate the alternative schemes,a new method is presented.The calculation example shows that the method can accelerate the reconstruction of the network frame and reduce the loss of power.In this paper,the network reconfiguration strategy is proposed,which can reduce the difficulty of recovery.The evaluation decision method takes into account the reliability,speed and economy of the system recovery,while promoting the recovery of the subsequent process.
