That the efficient developing of construction industry makes the height of building constantly refreshed and the type of structure more complex, which takes various of challenges to building operation, peculiarly the requirement in the equipment of vertical transport become higher and higher. The general tower crane has been unable to meet the requirement of construction in the super-high building construction, in order to solve the difficulties of construction, the new plug-in tower crane emerges at the right moment.The new plug-in tower crane has been applied in only several project, there are still much troubles in the safety, because the construction organization depending on the experience of using the tower crane. In this paper, in order to eliminating hidden danger of the new plug-in tower crane ZSL750 in Guangxi Long Guang Century Building, researching content in the following respects :(1) It is the SAP2000 to be used to make stress analysis of the pylon which belongs to the new ZSL750 plug-in tower crane, and check stability of the main beams, secondary beam and brace strut and combine with “Steel Structure Design Code”GB50017-2003, finally in order to reinforce or redesigne the component. The calculation results show that the local stability of diagonal braces don’t conform the requirements, this paper redesigned the size of the section.(2) It is the ABAQUS to be used to carry stress analysis for the two sets embedded parts scheme, according to analysis result optimizes a set of embedded part whose safety is higher applies to practical engineering, and reinforcing chosen the embedded parts whose intensity do not satisfy requirement. The analysis result shows that the embedded part of steel plate type can meet the requirements of steel strength, and the embedded of anchor bar type stress value is bigger, so the scheme of the steel plate type’s embedded part is chosen in this paper.(3) It is the ABAQUS to be used to analyse stability of the wall that the new plug-in tower crane attaches. The analysis result shows that the wall of two tower crane attachment need to be reinforced when the wall thickness is less than 1500 mm. The wall are reinforced by increasing studdle in the dangerous part, and analysing intensity of the wall reinforced, and the result shows that intensity of the wall reinforced is meet requirement.The achievement of this paper is approved by the construction organization of Guangxi Long Guang Century Building, providing theory basis for the Guangxi Long Guang Century project appling the tower crane, and reinforcement will be applied, finally I hope to provide the reference for the future application and research of the new plug-in tower crane.
