This article takes the Jingjiu Road in Xi’an City underneath the Longhai Line Railway Overpass as the engineering background,and introduces the jacking construction process and construction technology of the framed bridge in detail.Due to its complicated engineering geological and hydrological conditions,the working surface on both sides is narrow,because There are many sections,some sections adopt cast-in-place method,and some sections adopt jacking method.This paper takes the first section and sixth section of the jacking section of the frame bridge as the research object,and uses the finite element software ANSYS to simulate Various working conditions of the framed bridge in the jacking process are analyzed,the spatial stress state of the framed bridge during the jacking construction process is analyzed,the mechanical characteristics of the framed bridge are discussed,and the area and degree of stress concentration are analyzed.The parts that need to be monitored during the actual construction of the project provide a reference,and based on the results of finite element analysis,the existing reinforcement method is optimized.The main content includes the following points:(1)The construction technology of the framed bridge jacking construction and the line reinforcement plan of this project are described.(2)Established a model for the jacking section of the frame bridge,studied the spatial stress state of the jacking section in the jacking construction process,analyzed the areas of stress concentration,and clarified the parts that need to be monitored during construction.Similar projects are provided for reference.(3)According to the reinforcement design theory of the frame bridge structure,the analysis results in the completed state of the bridge and the analysis results in the jacking process are integrated,combined with the actual reinforcement drawing,and through comparison and calculation,the first frame of the frame bridge is obtained.A section of side wall and middle wall reinforcement can be arranged at a distance of150 mm.Compared with the original reinforcement,it can save 17.92%.The steel bar at the 1/4 section of the bottom plate of the sixth section of a frame bridge can be arranged at a distance of 150 mm.Compared with the original reinforcement,it can save 9.5%.(4)The factors that may cause cracks at the intersection of the top plate,bottom plate and wall plate of the frame bridge are analyzed,and some suggestions are made for the reinforcement of the frame bridge with larger angles.
