Research On Integration Operation System Of Distriution Network Based On Knowledge Management

With the rapid development of social economy, people’s living standards getting improved continually, modern society put forward higher request to power system that the system should have high reliability and good power quality. The electric power enterprise must have a more reasonable and efficient management mode to meet the increasing demand of users. With the speeding up of process of social knowledge, which makes knowledge become one of the most important resources in the modern society. While the focus of enterprise management will be transferred to the management of knowledge, management of knowledge assets and the ability of knowledge into products and services. Therefore, the modern electric power enterprise, in the aspect of company staff and operation should build on an integration of operating system which based on knowledge management, strengthen the scientific management has an important practical meaning.Xiaoshan power company as a typical secondary electric power company in Zhejiang province, in charge of Hangzhou Xiaoshan district power supply tasks, belongs to the county level enterprise agricultural distribution network. In the system the management is relatively loose, lack of an integrated operating system, which leads to a big problem in management of the distribution network production maintenance schedule and maintenance of the distribution network equipment. And then affect the enterprise operational efficiency, declined the power supply reliability and the power supply capacity. Therefore, in the actual operation, Xiaoshan power grid need a set of integrated operation system of rural distribution system, In order to improve the production efficiency of the enterprise, promote the development of rural power distribution network and strengthen the comprehensive professional ability of Xiaoshan power supply company.This paper first conduct a detailed analysis and research on the definition of knowledge management, core technology, mathematical model and the application in the actual enterprise. Through the research found that knowledge management in the enterprise production management has an important positive role. Then carried on the detailed elaboration and analysis on power supply basic situation of Hangzhou Xiaoshan power supply bureau of rural distribution network, including network topology, problems existing in the operation of power grid and so on. Also, based on the demand analysis of the integration of Xiaoshan rural power distribution network, according to the theory of knowledge management, put forward a system that suitable for Xiaoshan rural power distribution network integrated operation. Finally, assessed the effects of the application of rural power distribution network integration operation scheme mentioned in this paper in Xiaoshan power company. The results show that, knowledge management was used to construct the integrated operation system, enterprise have achieved significant capacity improved in the aspect of power grid project management, maintenance management and operation management. Comprehensive operation efficiency improved significantly, to solve the problem of Xiaoshan power grid are facing backward management, low operating efficiency. At the same time, the method proposed in this paper provides an important reference for other areas of rural power distribution network to establish the integrated management system.
