Research And Establishment Of AAA System Of Beijing Welfare Lottery Center

The AAA system of Beijing Welfare Lottery Center is a part of Beijing’s lottery sales system, and is a miodule which ensures the safety of the whole system. The total lottery sales of Beijing Welfare Lottery Center has been increasing since the start of PC-online selling. The new lottery sales system (ESC) created a new record of the welfare lottery sales for Beijing Welfare Lottery Center. The former AAA system was overburdened and had become a short board restricting the running of the sales system of Beijing Welfare Lottery Center.This paper researches the concept and theory of AAA authentication as well as the mainstream AAA authentication protocols, which include TACACS+,Kerberos and Radius protocols, and analyzes the basic concept of Radius authentication protocol and how the authentication is realized. By comparing the characteristics, advantages and disadvantages of different protocols, Radius was chosen to be the authentication protocols of Beijing Welfare Lottery Center’s new AAA server. This paper also introduces VPDN technology and builds up the AAA authentication and authorization system which bases on VPDN technology, and designs the sales system network structure which connects sales terminals applying CDMA2000 and WCDMA and the database center of Beijing Welfare Lottery Center. Considering the actual situation of the sales terminals and of the administrators as well as the features of PDC and IDC, this paper proposes functional and nonfunctional demands from the terminals, statistics, software and hardware and also maintenance. By analyzing the above demands this paper sets up the VPDN network for PDC and IDC, builds the AAA server for PDC and IDC, creates the interface, and hereby establishes the whole AAA system. From the angle of achieving functions, bearing system pressures and the health level of software and hardware, the new AAA authentication system is proved to reach the standards of Beijing lottery sales system and also meet the demands in the future. It is obvious that the new AAA authentication system has been playing an important role in ensuring a safe.stable.long-lasting and efficient operation of Beijing Welfare Lottery sales system.
